7 mid joint chicken wings
10 pieces young ginger (stacked and julienned)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1. Heat the sesame oil in the claypot. Sauté the ginger until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken wings and stir fry.
3. Add enough water to cover the wings.
4. Add the oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
5. Simmer for 20 minutes. By now, the sauce should have reduced and thicken.
